Talk Through Your Struggle

How Does Our Process Work?

Step 1: Make The Call

Help is just a phone call away. We are ready to talk with you via our helpline 24 hours a day. Whether you need to talk through a tough day, discuss cravings and prevent a relapse, or surrender yourself to addiction treatment, we are here to help. Our helpline is 100% free and completely confidential.

Step 2: Determine Your Needs

What was the reason for your call? Are you at risk of relapsing? Do you just need a friendly stranger to help you through a difficult time without passing judgement? Whatever your needs may be, our team is prepared to help. We are available to talk, text, or chat 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Step 3: Get You Help

Sometimes, talking isn’t enough. Whether you have been to substance abuse treatment in the past and are experiencing a relapse, or you have self-managed your addiction or mental health issues but are no longer able to, the professionals on our helpline are trained to guide you towards the help you need. We have relationships with addiction treatment centers and mental health clinics nationwide, and our helpline services are available to you free of charge.

Step 4: Stay in Touch

One of the hardest parts of sobriety is staying clean in the ‘real world’ when faced with the challenges and struggles that life brings. During addiction treatment, therapists, case workers, and peers all provide a strong support system. Most centers don’t offer access to this support system after treatment, and while AA and NA meetings definitely help, even Zoom AA NA meetings, it isn’t usually personal enough. Our team offers continued one-on-one help for as long as you need it.

You Can Do It. We Can Help.

If you’re struggling, you don’t have to struggle alone.
